This is with reference to the telecom we had word with you regarding our organizations “Medical Support Program” for MASTER KALPESH CHANDRAKANT JADHAV is 10 years old baby boy and he is suffering from DMG - PAED HEM - LYMPH (APML) ( Blood cancer ) B-Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and child needs treatment on urgent basis and hIs treatment is on going with Tata hospital, parel, mumbai. Case file no. CR/41089. Now he is in need of medical treatment which cost is 2,00,000/-. ( two lakhs rupees only ).

I say that I am working as a Construction labour. My family's income from all sources is Rs 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand Rupees Only) per year. i.e 2083/- (Two Thousand And Eighty Three Rupees Only) per month.

From last 8 months, I am not working. Now it is Nil. I cannot afford the cost of treatment as well as daily Expenses. I say that I am the only earning member in my family and I have no other source of income and I am in a very poor financial condition. I am therefore unable to make the said arrangement of money for my Son's medical treatment. We therefore, sincerely appeal to the concerned donors like YOU to come forward and extend your full support to the needy patients especially children. You have the power to change.
